Onboarding at Scale
Context
A construction company hiring roughly 1000 employees per year was managing onboarding manually across disconnected systems. This created delays, compliance risk, and constant rework.
Constraint
Volume made manual fixes impossible. Any error repeated hundreds of times.
Design Decision
A fully automated onboarding flow was designed to integrate multiple systems, eliminate duplicate entry, and enforce consistency without relying on human intervention.
Outcome
Manual effort and delays were reduced significantly. Compliance improved. The system scaled cleanly without adding administrative burden.
